2. Orders & Shipping

Order Confirmation

Packaging

Watches with original boxes will be shipped in their branded packaging.
All others will be sent in a standard watch box (non-branded), secured with protective bubble packaging.

Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally. Please note:

Customs duties and VAT may apply based on your country’s regulations.
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

3. Payment Policy

Important: Please use your own payment method. Orders placed with mismatched personal and payment information will be automatically canceled for fraud prevention.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Return Authorization

Before sending any return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Upon verification:

We will cover return shipping
You will receive a full refund or replacement

5. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons:

We do not accept orders where the billing and shipping details do not match the customer’s identity.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
